Composting is a powerful way to reduce school waste while teaching students about circular ecosystems and the importance of responsible consumption. This workshop will go beyond theory, students and teachers will actively participate in building a composting system that can be sustained long-term by the school community.
Queen's school Eco Committee has just launched, and Hadiqaa will participate in their sustainability week, to advise on creating a school garden or a dedicated area of greenery within their grounds.
“Bahja” is an interactive workshop for children (ages 7–11) that promotes emotional intelligence and inner wellbeing as part of social sustainability. Through playful and creative activities, children learn to recognize their emotions, express gratitude, and find joy in simple daily moments. The session connects emotional balance with sustainable living — showing that caring for our inner world is just as important as caring for the planet.
The Recycling Art Workshop encourages students to explore creativity while learning the importance of reusing and repurposing materials. In this hands-on activity, students will transform everyday waste items such as plastic bottles, cardboard, paper rolls, fabric scraps, bottle caps, and old magazines into unique art pieces and decorations.

Our goal is to present sustainability concepts in a simple and approachable manner, helping children understand and take action within their communities, schools, families, and surroundings.
