As part of Qatar Sustainability Week, we're introducing our solar-powered Smart Box, a dependable and eco-friendly solution that offers both financial savings and environmental benefits.
We will be organizing a special week where we focus on sustainable development. For the purpose the Engineering department has started energy saving program. Below are the accomplishments & highlights of CCRD energy saving program.

Segregation of Waste is extremely important as waste has a huge negative impact on our environment. It helps to reduce the pollution caused by waste. It also reduces the amount of waste sent to landfills. Conserves natural resources such as Trees & Water & Saves Energy.
We have Started proper Segregation program at hotel in October 2018
We are Recycling Plastic, Cans, Used Oil & Paper/Carton boxes in Kitchen, Outlets, Banquet, Offices, Guest rooms.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd submitted an entry for the Qatar
Sustainability Awards 2018, organized by Qatar Green Building
Council.
The entry was made for the category of ‘Green Service Providers’,
under the sub category of ‘Building Contractor’ and captures the
main activities of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd on the Systems,
Rolling Stock and Trackwork project for Qatar Rail’s Doha Metro
Phase 1 Development.
