Qatar Green Building Conference "Day 2 - Focus Day"

----Conference Day2------- Under the patronage of Her Excellency Sheikha Hind Bint Hamad Al Thani, Vice Chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation. QGBC is proud to announce its 2nd Annual Conference that will take place on 13th,14th &15th November 2016. This year, the conference will address major issues and provide answers to some of the most significant challenges of environmental sustainability and promoting best practice for the built environment for Qatar, the Gulf region and beyond.

IES <VE> Energy Modeling 2 Day Training

We're pleased to be hosting a 2-Day Basic VE training course in Qatar from 16 - 17 November.

We will teach you simulation techniques and methods to enable more sustainable design practices using the enhanced features of our VE software. Attendees will also receive a free 30-day training license and an IESVE training certificate. How much does it cost?

Evening Lecture: "Near-Zero Energy Buildings" - Management of Design and Construction

Nearly zero-energy buildings have very high energyperformance and are introducing renewable energy sources. In order to achieve anear zero energy building (near-ZEB), the challenges have to be understood fromthe concept design. This means, in order to achieve a holistic developmentoutcome, the designers and project management has to understand the stages tobe followed in order for all the design elements be optimized.
