During Qatar Sustainability Week 2023, the students at the Lebanese International School will actively participate in an insightful awareness and educational session. The focus will be learning about the global and local implications of plastic pollution and the climate crisis. The urgency of the matter is underscored by the United Nations' projection that, by 2050, our oceans could host more fish than plastic, provided immediate action is taken.

During Qatar Sustainability Week 2023, the students at Compass International School will actively participate in an insightful awareness and educational session. Engaging a team of 40 dedicated staff members, MSC Qatar is excited to announce the launch of a Clothing Donation Drive during Qatar Sustainability Week 2023. This initiative encourages all employees to contribute by generously donating their gently used clothes. By extending the life cycle of clothing and fostering a culture of giving, we aim to make a positive impact on both the environment and the lives of those in need. 

As part of their community outreach, CCI France Qatar and its French member companies will replant mangroves and conduct a cleanup to raise awareness.

The PwC will be inaugurating our electronics recycling initiative, which will be launched in conjunction with an awareness raising session.

Innovative is one of GIS's core values. Through this, we would like to promote an activity that would showcase creativity. The Gheras International School will hold a classroom activity to continue a project that lessens the environmental impact of paper waste. Students will learn how to create ideas for recycling materials through this peculiar integration of ethos and varied inventiveness.

In the past Qatar Sustainability Week, Gheras International School has been mitigating environmental issues and promoting environmental awareness in small ways. Throughout the year, GIS has become proactive in different areas of sustainable development goals.

يهدف هذا البرنامج إلى التحول من نظام إداري قائم على المعاملات الورقية إلى نظام رقمي (بدون أوراق) ، وسيتم تنفيذ المشروع على ثلاث مراحل تنتهي بحلول ديسمبر من العام  2024 وذلك  من خلال الوصول إلى صفر معاملات ورقية وذلك عن  طريق  استخدام حلول وتقنيات رقمية صديقة للبيئة .

The sustainable week celebrations include section wise assemblies imparting 17 SDG goals through songs, skit, sustainable fashion show.
