- Staff to receive a plant each. Promoting the concept of take a plant home and care for the plant. - Planting across the school using recycled materials. (Tyres/ Pipes)

• We'll turn off our lights from 8 am to 9 am during Qatar Sustainability Week. 
• We're increasing the AC by one degree in order to contribute towards a reduced carbon footprint

Students in Grades 6, 7 and 8 will compete to be the most proactive class per grade level leading up to the Qatar Sustainability Week. During that week, the winners will be announced.

From November 4th to the 11th, our preschoolers will take on an important responsibility. They will dedicate two days during this week to planting trees and and for preparing lunch boxes filled with vegetables and fruits, promoting the "eat your greens" theme. Additionally, each day throughout this week, they will begin their mornings by singing songs with an environmental theme.

During this week, a carpenter will be invited to create benches out of pallets with the help of the students. Using woodworking skills, this will assist students in learning how to recycle and reuse furniture.

In the second week of October, we will launch a competition where students are challenged to create costumes from recycled materials. During Sustainability Week, we'll host a fashion show featuring the creations of participating students. A jury will evaluate their work, and the best costume will be awarded.

For our Sustainability Marathon, students will be encouraged to dress up using recycled materials. This creative approach aims to raise awareness among all students. During the event, students will tour the school in their unique recycled outfits, adding an element of fun and music to the occasion.
