Recycling materials in schools is not just a practical waste management strategy; it's an investment in a sustainable future. It empowers students with the knowledge and skills needed to address environmental challenges and contribute to a greener, more responsible society. Embracing recycling and sustainability, schools play a vital role in shaping environmentally conscious citizens who will continue to make positive contributions to the planet throughout their lives. In this regard, for the month of November, the Oscar Academy family will be conducting a sustainability series of activities, including creating a small community garden and the 3R’s upcycling art campaign and craft competition within the school from Year 1 to 6. Our school will also be hosting an inter-school sustainability competition in 2023 for a greener Qatar to be participated by other private schools.
