The Stuck Point

"Have you ever wondered why we know what to do  but still don’t do it?
That quiet space between intention and action is what we call The Stuck Point.
It’s not about laziness  it’s fear, overwhelm, or simply our mind trying to protect us.

“The Stuck Point” — that quiet space between knowing and doing, between intention and action. Together, we’ll reflect on why we sometimes pause at the edge of change not out of laziness, but often out of fear, overwhelm, or self-doubt.
