To motivate individuals within the CMU-Q community to increase their physical activity by walking or running regularly. This initiative aims to promote an active lifestyle, improve overall health, reduce stress levels, and foster a sense of community engagement.
A weeklong campaign with booths and building signages. There will be EcoCampus representatives to address any inquiries and conduct interactive sustainable activities.

The EcoCampus team, in collaboration with the Facilities Management team, will conduct a workshop with the custodial team about proper recycling and waste management.

A group of staff and students will organize a wellness session through ‘sound healing’ to be attended by faculty, staff and students.
