For the whole month of November 2023, CMU-Q is planning the following activities and awareness campaign:

• Every Sunday of the month is Sustainability Sunday: Encouraging employees to turn off their office lights when leaving, print double-sided paper, etc.
• Every Monday of the month is Metro Monday: Encouraging students and employees to take the metro to campus and back.
• Every Tuesday of the month is Transport Tuesday: Encouraging the community to car share while commuting to and from campus.
• Every Wednesday of the month is Wellness Wednesday: Encouraging the community to eat healthy, walk, and do mindfulness exercises and training.
• Every Thursday of the month is Thoughtful Thursday: Encouraging the community to be more sustainable.
