Earthna's team of interns from Georgetown University in Qatar is running a workshop during QSW 2022 with staff and students in Education City on October 12th 2022. This workshop intends to promote cross-sector collaboration between universities, public and private sectors to capture various sector operational challenges, raise awareness and explore pathways and means of creating sustainable cities. This is most relevant in hot, arid climates, specifically Qatar, by using data as the basis for the decisions being made. The findings and recommendations from the discussions will guide Earthna and partners to assess, consolidate and formulate policy papers and insights to drive policy changes toward enhancing Education City to become a more liveable environment that promotes well-being.
