Coverage of the meeting as follows:

1. Follow up - update on the last meeting on thediscussion and implementation of Green ideas.

2. Greenteam to briefly discuss with their respective departments on initiatives andcreate more awareness to all employees.

3. EncourageGreen Team members to post energy and cost saving ideas on the Generalcommunication media.

4. Greenboxes prepared and kept in all offices to collect waste papers for disposal.

5. Regularcleaning in Beach and Garden.

6. Toprovide training to save water and electricity in our premises andaccommodation.

7. Followup on the improvement of the plans and guidelines issued by the HyattInternational to all Hyatt properties regardless if it is a newly opened hotel, ahotel under renovation or in normal operation throughout the EAME-SWA region.
