We had a brilliant time on our class trip to Hadiqaa Farm! We caught the bus bright and early and were eager to get started with our activities. The children learned all about different types of plants and how to care for them. They planted beautiful flowers to take home and use their knew knowledge to help them survive and thrive. They also planted fruit and vegetable seeds. We looked at different types of soil and discussed the importance of soil to plant survival. The children continued their learning on mini-beasts and used a microscope to look at tiny insects called 'aphids,' which are harmful to plants, but very common.
