As the world in general and our region in particular are facing economic difficulties CSR development is facing major challenges. The suggested workshop theme is: "CSR development in the Mideast today, mission impossible? The workshop shall include: 1. A brief history review of CSR 2. Overview of the CSR challenges within difficult economies. 3. Examples of countries approaches. 4. Workgroups shall be formed from the audience representing sample countries from the west, east, Mideast. ..etc. 5. The winning team is the best to apply the country approach to find solutions and ideas to tackle the challenge. The workshop shall be concluded with a summary of all the suggested solutions.
