AbdulRahman Al-Mana is an urban planner and the Head of the Spatial Planning Unit at the Ministry of Municipality in Qatar. 

With a keen focus on shaping the nation’s future urban landscapes, he leads a dedicated team of planners and architects responsible for updating Qatar’s Municipal Spatial Development Plans, zoning maps, and planning regulations. 

Under his leadership, the unit ensures that development aligns with the state’s ambitious vision for sustainable growth, urban livability, and balanced spatial distribution. AbdulRahman plays a pivotal role in reviewing major master plans and coordinating the country’s urban policies. 

His work extends beyond technical planning; he actively represents Qatar in international forums and awards, showcasing the nation's progress in urban development. 

 AbdulRahman received his Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Studies and a minor in Near Eastern Studies from Cornell University’s College of Architecture, Art, and Planning, he brings both academic rigor and practical insight to his role, driving forward initiatives that aim to enhance the quality of life for all residents and future generations.
