Shireen brings a number of years of experience in envirnmental advocacy and is passionate about fostering innovative solutions and engaging diverse communitites to amplify Earthna’s reach and impact
Shireen supports the development of outreach initiatives dedicated to building a culture of sustainability in Qatar and cultivating environmentally and socially responsible communities. She has established and continues to grow Qatar Sustainability Week, the biggest national campaign in Qatar and the region.
Prior to Earthna Shireen worked with Qatar Foundation’s Qatar Green Building Council (QGBC) for nine years, helping to establish it as a prominent regional thought leader in the field of sustainability in the region. Before joining QGBC, Shireen led a team of event coordinators who organized events for a national education program across the UK.
