Mr. Seraj is rewarded for the Sustainability Initiative. It was his brainchild to use the eco-blocks made out of waste concrete and other scrap items to turn them into a useful storage for the vehicle workshop team based in RLIC. It was under his leadership that the workshop team was able to execute his plan and completed the project safely. This indeed is a remarkable example of Reduce, Reuse & Recycle principle and for this
