Naufar is constructing a water polishing plant in order to reduce use of potable water and raise its own usage level of TSE (Treated Sewage Effluent).

The facility cooling towers and the irrigation system require large amount of water on a daily basis and our aim is to reduce the strain on the public water system, as the public TSE quality is not sufficient for the use and as the generation of potable water requires other valuable resources. Naufar will collect water from the public TSE network and improve its quality for internal reuse to ensure the plant covers 100% of the daily requirements for both systems. (Approximately 900 cubic meters per day)

The project is currently under construction and be completed within 6 months.
