
Sylvie Maalouf is a policy adviser, strategic thinker, social innovator, and NGO founder, with over 15 years’ experience performing strategic planning and carrying out analysis in areas including economics and sustainability, providing policy advice to multinational institutions, NGOs and the public sector in the United States and the Middle East. Sylvie is passionate about government policy, bringing new tools and ideas to build ecosystems for knowledge-sharing and delivering innovative evidence-based policy solutions to address complex and pressing social challenges.
In her current role as the Programs Manager at the CEO Office of Qatar Foundation (QF) she has played a key role in standing up the new Earthna Center for a Sustainable Future (global environmental policy research institute in Doha) and strategically supports QF’s policy centers focused on health (WISH), education (WISE) and family (DIFI). Sylvie brings experience in strategic planning, analysis and consulting in areas including economics, public and non-profit management, and sustainability, providing policy advice to non-profits, multinational institutions, and public sector entities.
Sylvie holds a master’s degree in Intentional Trade and Investment policy from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Business from the American University of Beirut.
